Helping you select a beautiful Christmas Tree at Hensler’s is a Christmas Fest activity we love sharing with you every year. Bring your family and we’ll provide the ambiance. The bright smell of pine, the jingling bells of the horse-driven wagon and our award winning trees are poised to help create a lasting memory as your family selects the perfect Christmas tree for your home this holiday.
We grow three distinctive varieties: Fraser Fir, Scotch Pine and White Pine. When you visit us, you’ll discover why Hensler Nursery is a consistent leader in state and national competitions with our award-winning Christmas trees.
How to Cut a Fresh Christmas Tree:
- We provide saws
- Choose a cart and walk to the field to select your Christmas tree
- Ride the tractor-driven tram to the field to select your Christmas tree
- Let the horse-driven wagon take you to the field to select your Christmas tree
- If you would rather let us choose a tree for you, we have a selection of freshly cut trees in our front lot
When you return to the front lot, Hensler’s staff will prepare your tree for the ride home by shaking out any dry needles and bailing the tree in twine for easy transport.
Live Potted Trees
A live, potted tree is an excellent way to decorate a porch or front entry. With a few tips on proper maintenance, your new potted tree will add Christmas memories for years to come.
