Maple Syrup
Each spring we tap the maple trees on our property in order to produce our very own maple syrup. Light and sweet, you can almost taste the Indiana sunshine that helps make this syrup so delightful.
Honey
Wayne Emigh, a Starke County produce of honey, is considered a local legend. His honey may have something to do with it. With nine hives of his own bees, you’re sure to taste the homegrown goodness of this honey.
