So Much to do at Fall Fest!

September 25th – October 31st, 2010

You’re invited to our 3rd Annual Fall Fest at Hensler Nursery in Hamlet, Indiana. Fall is a wonderful time to experience our 40 acre farm and its autumn foliage! Each year we host events and family activities like our Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off, homemade Pumpkin Ice-Scream weekends and antique Wheelhorse tractor show.

When You Arrive

Free entry and parking
Purchase tickets to ride the horse-drawn wagon to the pumpkin patch (ticket price includes 1 pumpkin)
Shop for fall decorations: pumpkins, gourds, mums, cornstalks, potted evergreens
Shop for hand-made locally-produced items
Watch your kids enjoy the adventure of Fort Hensler (and maybe join them!)
Hike our Loop Trail and soak in the fall color and ambiance of the season

We Provide the Photo-ops

Attendees of Fall Fest usually spend a leisurely day with us. Bring your pet (leash required) and a picnic, and most importantly, bring your camera!

Last year’s Giant Pumpkin weigh-off was an intense battle of gargantuan gourds. Christy Harp, world record holder & winner of our 2009 competition, topped the scales with a 1236 lb. pumpkin! Take a look at the photos!

When you arrive at Hensler's, you'll climb aboard the wagon and our Belgian horses will lead you to the pumpkin patch. Watch for some of our spooky friends that will greet you along the path!
